Can I begin using benefits on my first visit?
Yes, after enrolling in the plan you are able to start using the benefits immediately. No waiting periods.

What is covered?
Members received free dental exams, x-rays and regular cleanings twice a year.  Plus 25% discount on dental services and procedures.  Chiropractic care is also available at various discounts to members.

Can I enroll my whole family?
Yes.  You can enroll your whole family, we have adult memberships and child members rates.

How long do I have to keep my membership? 
To receive the full value of your membership we encourage it be held for 12 monhts. However, if you choose to cancel your enrollment there is a $30 cancellation fee and you may receive a prorated refund.  Please submit your cancelation request in writing to info@A1Healthmanagment.com or fax to 815-483-2969. How do I update my expired credit card or change the card that is on file?
